LOUDER is locally made in small batches in windy Wellington, NZ.

Gee loved to cook. Jay loved to eat.

‘More heat’ was Jay’s common (and loud) response to most of Gee’s cooking, so he started playing around with different combinations of spices and aromatics. The result was a chilli oil with the perfect hit of spice and toastiness.

It's perfect on everything - noodles, stir fries, toast, dumplings, pasta, cheeseboards and curries.
